Li Ao's Information Disclosure on Ethics Matters

In response to the obligations of maintaining personal behaviour in an ethical manner, some information needs to be publicly disclosed and access of such information will remain available at all time. Li Ao has designated various Internet locations available to anyone who needs to access such information, of which the scopes of information are listed in the next paragraph.

Scope of Information Disclosed Publicly

In the course of matters on public interest, some information must be declared publicly and made available for direct access. This includes the following aspects:

1. Information that must be disclosed in order to ensure that public interest will not be compromised.
2. Information that must be disclosed in order to maintain the health of the Internet community, to maintain the integrity of the information online, or to uphold the principles of the rule of law. These include information of a series of fake identities Li Ao has used under certain circumstances that such use is necessary.
3. Information that can be disclosed and such disclosure will benefit the common interest of public, and will create values to others provided such disclosure is necessary.

Not all the information which fall under the above categories will be disclosed. Under certain cases, some information previously published may be removed for some special reasons.

Scope of Information Not Included under the Scheme

Some information not connected to the matter of ethics will not be covered under this special arrangement. This includes the following information:

1. Information which fall into the privacy of Li Ao, and such disclosure will not address any problems on the ethics matters. This may includes Li Ao's social activities, private email addresses, copies of private letters, his hobbies, and his private phone numbers.
2. Information which fall under the categories of business activities. This may includes companies and organizations Li Ao is working for or having control of, and other commercial and trade secrets Li Ao has involved into, and contracts Li Ao has signed on.

Disclosing some private information does not automatically mean Li Ao has legal duty to disclose privacy at request. Any requests in the sole meanings of obtaining private information will be ignored and will not be responded.
