As an everyday Web user, I often see websites from third party claiming to have information of a product or service which should be found on its official website, but they often produce false and inauthentic information to the user. These kinds of websites which are generally used for Search Engine Optimisation are not only commonly seen on Chinese Internet, but still span in a wide range of the gloabl Internet.

Fortunately, when I was trying to find an email address of Digi, my current cellular provider giving me a SIM card I currently use mainly to receive SMS codes, to address a roaming question, I noticed this website provides authentic and reliable information about this carrier. This comes beyond my expectation as these kinds of website pretending to provide reliable information often come with a bunch of useless stuff! So okay, as I've sent an email asking that if there's still a seat for their representative to answer customer's questions, I'll wait in patience to get any responses if this kinds of channel is still in service!

Much appreciation to anyone who's working on expressing the kindness to the Internet!
